Boveda starter small kit humidity control 49% wood instruments

With this Boveda 49% starter kit, you can keep the humidity in your instrument case under control without any worries. The small bag, which you simply place in your case, works both ways: it either absorbs or gives off humidity, depending on the circumstances. 

No more hoses, sponges or other devices that can leak or require constant attention to keep them sufficiently moist! You take out a Boveda bag, put it in the cover provided and put it in your suitcase. There is no more work. For an optimal functioning of Boveda, it is best to keep your suitcase closed as much as possible and not to use any other products to keep the humidity stable.

The average life span of a bag is 2 - 6 months, depending on the season, climate and personal situation. The bag should be replaced when it feels hard. In its original, unopened packaging, the sachet can be kept for approximately 2 years.

• 2 bags of 70g
• 1 pouch to store the bag in your case
• Can be used for all wooden string instruments. For larger instruments such as cello, it is recommended to use two bags
