4strings currently offers 4 payment options: by bank wire, online by debit card (Bancontact/MrCash for Belgian customers; all issued cards of all Belgian banks are supported), iDeal (for Dutch customers) and credit card (VISA and Mastercard, for all EU customers).

Payment by bank wire

After placing your order, you will receive a separate mail with the total amount of your order and our bank account information. We kindly request you to arrange the payment within 5 business days. Your order will be shipped as soon as we received the payment. We'll notify you when the payment is received, as well as when your order is shipped.

Online payments (Bancontact, iDeal, VISA and MasterCard) are arranged by our payment service provider in a secured environment. You will be redirected to the payment page of our payment provider to complete your payment. It's possible that you are forwarded to a webpage of your bank, where you might be required to use a card reader in order to confirm your payment.

Online payments are processed immediately. We will as such be able to ship your order much faster than in case of a payment by bank wire.
