4strings operates conform the Belgian "Law of 8th of December 1992 to protect the personal living space in regards to the collection and processing of personal data", as changed by the "Law of 11th of December 1998", as well as the "Law of 13th of 2005 concerning electronic communications".

2. Collection of personal data

2.1.      Data you provide us

By signing up on our website or by placing an order, you provide us your basic personal data: name and surname, address, birth date, password, contact data (phone number, mail address, cell phone number, fax number)...

2.2.      Automatically collected data

The information saved in this cookie can only by read by 4strings, and only during the visit of the website. This cookie allow for an easier and more pleasant access to the website. General conditions

1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is controlled, interpreted and executed in accordance with Belgian law, which will be exclusively applicable in case of any dispute.

The courts of the judicial district of Antwerp are exclusively authorized to judge any dispute that could come from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The original language of this Privacy Policy is Dutch. Translations in French and English have been made. In case of contradiction, difference or interpretation issues between one of these three versions, the Dutch version will have priority and serve as reference.
