Returning an order? No problem! Below we list the return conditions and procedure.
Return conditions: what can I return?
You can register an order or product for return within 14 days after receiving your order. After registering, you still have 14 days to actually return the product to us. The costs of the return are for your own account, unless otherwise indicated.
You cannot return all products. The conditions are as follows:
- The product should preferably be unopened in its original packaging, including all accompanying items such as manuals.
- Articles you cannot return:
- Products that you have used more than is strictly necessary for their purpose
- Sealed products, when the seal is broken
- Consumables such as strung strings, used resin blocks, etc.
- Products made by us according to the customer's specifications
- Products that are personal in nature. If this is the case, it will be indicated on the product page.
- Articles that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
- Articles that are damaged or incomplete.
Return procedure: how can I return?
You can submit a return request by:
- Mailing to [email protected] Please include your order number and any other relevant details. We will then mail you the return instructions.
- Using the form. Please introduce your items first via mail to our customer service.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund (including shipping costs if applicable) within 14 days via your original method of payment, or via bank transfer.
