Violin strings Warchal Brilliant Vintage

Warchal Brilliant Vintage violin strings are designed to bring out the best in antique instruments. The A and D have a synthetic core, the G a steel core. These strings have a relatively low tension, but nevertheless project very well. They are strings with focused sound and good responsiveness.

The Brilliant Vintage set is not intended for baroque instruments with lower tuning.

The standard set contains following strings:

• E string: steel, unwound
• A string: synthetic, hydronalium wound
• D string: synthetic, hydronalium-silver wound
• G string: synthetic, steel-silver wound

Extra options:

• D string silver wound: a thinner string with a slightly warmer sound than the hydronalium one.
